recently purchased my 124 spider and was not far from the show room in traffic cruising at 70 kmh in 4th gear and it jumped out of gear .thinking I hadn't engaged gear properly I was unconcerned .
however it happened quite a few times more and after the third time I was making damn sure it was not a lazy gear change.
Explained to dealer the problem ,and it seems to only happen in the warm up cycle and can not reproduce fault on purpose . Anyway they had the car for a week and could not get it to do it . so took it home and couple of mornings later did it twice in a row .
