Hi all, Jorge from sunny South Africa here.
So I needed to order a key fob to replace the one that had been stolen with my winter jacket (still don't know where / how exactly. After waiting 7 months to receive the replacement key, the dealership "cancelled" the old keys to invalidate the old ones and successfully programmed the new one in. But now they cannot get the old key to work/connect, so I essentially only have one key.
Anyone have ideas on the issue? Could it be that this Fiat/Alfa dealership should be following a procedure suited to Mazdas, not Fiats/Alfas?
Any links would be appreciated!
